Overview
Uma Educational & Technical Society (UETS) runs a workshop that exclusively manufactures aids and appliances for the disabled, such as artificial limbs, calipers, crutches etc. They also run a community-based rehabilitation programme for the disabled in five revenue mandals of the East Godavari District as well as conduct special camps for the disabled.
How It Works
• This donation will be used to fund an artificial limb/ crutches/ caliper to a disabled person encountered by UETS through one of their camps/programmes.

For Indian Tax Payers: u/s 80G of the IT Act up to 50% of your donation is deductible/u/s 35AC of the IT Act (only specified projects) 100% of your donation is deductible from your income/u/s 35(i)(ii) of the IT Act (only specified projects) 125% of your donation is deductible from your business income, and 100% of your donation is deductible from salary income.
