The Organization was started by the self- motivation of a single women, M. Aruna - the present President of the organization to extend service to the society.
M.Aruna came from a middle-class family. She started a voluntary organization in 1991 with a team and a good thought of helping poor people, destitute senior citizens and HIV/AIDS affected people.

 Nutrition support to HIV/AIDS Children
Sriram is the only one son of his parents. His father died with HIV/AIDS. His mother is a daily labour. She has no other income to feed her family. His health condition was very poor. And his is suffering from fever weekly twice and also having less CD4 count (T- cells measure). Our organization provided every month nutrition to Sriram. By taking nutritious food, the health condition of the child has improved a lot. Now he is not suffering from fever and his CD4 cells improved. And his mother is very happy by seeing his health condition compared to the previous. Now Sriram and his mother was very happy and moreover Sriram is going to school now.
 Sponsership for a HIV/AIDS child for one year
B. Chinna rayudu came from very poor family and he is the only son for his parents. His parents died due to HIV/AIDS and now he is living with his grandmother. He is suffering from many health problems. He goes to Nelakonda palli Govt school and is in 7th grade. PSM worker visited thier village and met Chinna who was very weak and suffering from fever. We helped them with some financial support which was used to buy them home appilances. We paid food, school fee and stationery. PSM helping them financially from September 2009 to August 2010. Now Chinnarayudu health condition is good and grander mother was very happy. Chinna is also studying well.
 Medical Support for HIV/AIDS children
Issaku is the only son of his parents, Raju and Aruna. They got marriage eight years ago. Father is a daily labor and mother is house wife. His father did not take care of his family and so he and his mother are living with their grandmother. PSM outreach worker brought Issaku to our organization. He had fever and skin infection. And we took him to the doctor and the doctor checked his health condition and gave some medicines to the child with the help our organization. And now he is using the medicines regularly every month. At present his health condition has improved a lot. Now Issaku was very healthy and his mother was very happy by seeing his health condition.
 Mallama has a home
Bejagam Mallama and her husband Ramulu lived in Papanna peta, Medak District, Andhra Pradesh. Ramulu and Mallama had no children. Her husband died and Mallama who is 76 years now lived lonely in her village. Due to old age, she was unable to do her daily work, her health condition was not good and her financial condition was also very bad. At that time, her relatives came to know about our Home and bought her here. We provide free Food, Boarding & Lodging facilities. We sent her for a health check up and provided required medicines. Now, her health condition has improved because of healthy food and treatment. When she came to our home, she could not walk but now she is very active.
 A safe home for elderly people
The beneficiaries in this home are from the below poverty level and orphans. They are unable to get nutritious meal and good food in their daily life as the family does not support them. We provide Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and the meals are nutritious and tasty and free of cost. And also we provide fruits and biscuits as evening snacks. When the elderly people come to our senior citizen home they are very weak and not healthy due to lack of good food. Now, their health condition has improved a lot and they have become healthy because of timely, nutritious food.
